Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Nous Brands GmbH ("we", "us"), the operator of the Vivalymph app and this website, handles information. Vivalymph is a wellness and cosmetic app. We take a privacy-first approach and keep the data we handle to a minimum.

1. Data stored on your device

Vivalymph is designed to work without a user account. Your profile, goals, focus areas, mood check-ins, reminder settings and practice history are stored locally on your device. This information stays on your device and is used only to personalize your experience inside the app. If you delete the app, this data is removed with it.

2. Subscriptions

Subscriptions are processed by Apple through your Apple ID and are managed by our payment provider RevenueCat, which helps us verify your subscription status. We do not receive or store your payment card details. Apple and RevenueCat process this information under their own privacy policies.

3. Content delivery

Routine videos are streamed from our hosting provider (Supabase). Standard technical information, such as your IP address, may be processed by these providers to deliver content and keep the service secure. We do not use this information to identify you personally.

4. Notifications

If you enable reminders, notifications are scheduled locally on your device. You can turn them on or off at any time in the app or in your device settings.

5. Support communication

If you contact us at support@vivalymph.com, we process the information you provide (such as your email address and message) solely to respond to your request.

6. What we do not do

• We do not sell your personal data.
• We do not build advertising profiles about you.
• We do not make medical claims and Vivalymph is not a medical service.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your data, and to object to certain processing. Because most data lives only on your device, you can remove it yourself by deleting the app. For any request, contact us at support@vivalymph.com.

8. Children

Vivalymph is not directed at children under the age required by your local law and is intended for general adult wellness use.

9. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
