Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Vivalymph app and website, operated by Nous Brands GmbH ("we", "us"). By using Vivalymph, you agree to these Terms.

1. Wellness, not medical advice

Vivalymph provides wellness and cosmetic routines only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. Always listen to your body, and consult a doctor before starting any new routine if you are pregnant, recovering from surgery or illness, or have any health concern. Individual results vary.

2. Your use of the app

Vivalymph is for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to copy, resell, reverse engineer or misuse the app or its content. All content, including videos, text and branding, remains the property of Nous Brands GmbH or its licensors.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Vivalymph offers a free trial followed by an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly).
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase or at the end of the free trial.
The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID settings. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

4. Availability

We work hard to keep Vivalymph available and reliable, but we cannot guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update, change or discontinue features over time.

5. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Vivalymph is provided "as is". Nous Brands GmbH is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

6. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
